Top Producer for the Month of August

August usually proves to be a busy month for most; vacation time, trips to the lake, summer barbeques, and enjoying the heat. August was especially busy for me as I was doing all of those fun things plus I was busy selling Saskatoon real estate! For the month of August I was able to achieve Top Producer status and #1 at Century 21 Fusion.

I was able to accurately price and effectively market my listings and the results showed. On average, my houses were listed for a mere 19.5 days compared to the 39 day average for the August Saskatoon real estate market. On the flipside, by putting my negotiation skills and researching market information, I was able to help my buyers find homes that they love with an average sale price of $8,833 under list price!
